Pumpkin Banana Shake: quality protein for quick energy!

Most of us high performers could do better at starting the day with quality protein.  Vegetable protein gets into our system in 20 minutes, in contrast to animal protein that takes much longer to digest.  My favorite shake mix is SHAKLEE’s Life Energizing Shake, now available in a flavor called Pumpkin Spice.  SHAKLEE is my manufacturer of choice because they have proof that there are no toxic ingredients EVER in whatever we buy from them.  And the shake is loaded with antioxidants that help us clear out the toxins already in us.  You can mix this recipe into yogurt if you don’t have time to mix up a shake.
PUMPKIN BANANA SHAKE Ingredients:

2 scoops Pumpkin Spice Life Energizing Shake™

1/2 cup fresh or canned pumpkin puree

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup milk of choice

1/4 tsp. vanilla

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 cup ice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until creamy.
